Hardys Heritage Reserve Bin range reflects the rich multi region blending tradition started by Thomas Hardy in 1865.

The 2021 HRB Pinot Noir was crafted from handpicked grapes from Tasmania 70% and Yarra Valley 30%.

Fruit was specifically sourced from the Coal River Valley, Meadowbank, Yarra Valley and Swansea to produce a truly unique and complex wine.

Appearance:  Bright crimson red

Bouquet:  Lifted and perfumed with sweet ripe strawberry, red and black cherry with forest floor, pomegranate, mushroom and hints of cola and truffle

Palate:   Poached strawberries, mulberry and black cherry with violets, herb sage, anise and notes of fresh tilled wet-earth. The wine has a silky richness, impressive complexity, precise balance and finishes with a plethora of fine velvety tannins

Vintage Conditions:  2021 was a cool year with good winter rainfall setting the vines up well for steady Spring growth and aided by a very dry November. The 2021 Pinot Noir is ripe and fully flavoured with great length and mouthfeel.
